EduJunior's Online Essay Writing Competition celebrates creative thinking, expression, and literary talent. Every child puts their ideas into words and presents on an international stage — from home!
Only original, self-written essays are accepted. Content must be in English and must not violate any religious, linguistic, or social sentiments.
Upload your essay as a PDF or Word document (max 2 MB). Use a readable font (Times New Roman or Arial), size 12, black, with standard margins.
Open globally — UAE, USA, UK, Canada, GCC and more. Participate from anywhere in the world. Everything is online!
Winners get a Trophy + Gold Medal. Runners-up get a Gold Medal. Outstanding performers receive a Silver Medal. All participants get a certificate!
Teachers in charge receive a Certificate of Appreciation. Schools participating via bulk registration are also acknowledged!

Discuss the positive and negative effects of social media on your age group and suggest ways to use it responsibly.
Explore how technology has changed the way you learn, the benefits and challenges it presents, and its future potential.
Analyze the causes of climate change, its effects on the planet, and practical steps individuals and communities can take to combat it.
Discuss why mental health awareness is crucial in educational settings, the impact of mental health issues on students, and how schools can support well-being.

Use Times New Roman or Arial, font size 12, black colour, standard margins. Essays must be typed — not handwritten.
A School ID is required. Must be submitted along with your essay entry for verification.
Include the child's first name, grade/class, and school name with every submission entry.
Gr 1–3: 500–600 words · Gr 4–6: 600–700 words · Gr 7–9: 700–800 words · Gr 10–12: 800–1000 words.
Judged on relevance to theme, originality, creativity, coherence, and the message conveyed. Average marks by all judges determine the final score.
Every participant is recognised. Winners are celebrated with physical awards delivered to their door!
