At EduJunior, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and transparent cancellation and refund policies. Please review the following details for cancellations and refunds related to our services.
Competition Registrations
- Participants can cancel their competition registration up to 48 hours before the event date.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to contact@edujr.com with the subject line “Competition Registration Cancellation” and the registration details.
- No refunds will be provided for canceled competition registrations.
Demo Sessions
- Demo sessions can be canceled within 24 hours of booking.
- Customers must email their cancellation request to contact@edujr.com with the subject line “Demo Session Cancellation” and include booking details.
- Full refunds will be issued for demo session cancellations made within the allowed timeframe.
Cancellation by EduJunior
- EduJunior reserves the right to cancel any registration, session, or order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues or insufficient availability.
- In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed if applicable.
Refund Policy
Demo Sessions
- Refunds are applicable for demo sessions canceled within 24 hours of booking.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Competition Registrations
- Refunds are not applicable for competition registrations canceled by participants.
